Ladies this challenge is for you if you’re looking to kick start your fitness journey or break down some bad habits that have been keeping you from reaching those goals. Summer is in 42 days, bad habits gotta go🏃‍♀️

How the challenge will work:

💫 Once you register you will be emailed information to join a group chat where all daily information will be posted.

💫 We will be working out together 4 days a week and you’ll be created a program to do on the fifth day on your own as a way to help you build independence in working out. 15 workout in total, 12 live with me, 3 on your own)

💫 We have several food challenges including dietary restrictions and dietary implementation for the duration of the challenge!
